Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup garlic olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 small shallot minced
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 4 tuna steaks
How To Make chili ginger marinated tuna steak

Step 1Place the brown sugar, garlic olive oil, ginger, shallots & chili garlic sauce in a food processor and process until well mixed. Pour over the tuna steaks and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 2Add oil to a large skillet and Add the tuna and sear 30 second each side. Add the marinade and cook until desired doneness. Slice across the grain and serve.
