Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz chilean sea bass fillets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup each soy sauce, mirin and sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • chives for garnish

How To Make chilean sea bass with soy glaze

  • Step 1
    Mix the soy sauce, mirin, sugar and sake together. Set aside. Add the oil to a skillet. Brown the bass on both sides.
  • Step 2
    Pour the soy mixture over the fish and cook until fish is flaky and glistening in the middle. About 5 minutes depending on how thick the bass is.
  • Step 3
    The sauce will thicken and coat the fish, Garnish with chives
