Ingredients For chicken and shrimp stroganoff

2 Tbspolive oil

2boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks

salt and pepper

1 mdonion, diced

1 cmushrooms, sliced

1 cancream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

1 pkgLipton dry onion soup

1 1/2 cchicken or seafood stock
-
1/2 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined

4 ozcream cheese, softened
-
10 ozegg noodles
-
1 Tbspbutter
-
parsley for garnish
How To Make chicken and shrimp stroganoff

1In a large pan add the olive oil. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes and remove to a plate.

2Add the onions and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.

3While the cooking is being done. Start a pan of boiling salted water to cook the noodles. Add the noodles to cook.

4Back to the chicken pan. Add the chicken back with the soups and stock. Cook about 5 minutes.

5Add the shrimp. Cook about 3 minutes until the shrimp are pink. Taste and season with salt and pepper

6Stir in the cream cheese until melted and creamy.

7Drain the noodles and mix with the butter. Serve the chicken and shrimp over the noodles and garnish with parsley
