Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- salt and pepper
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 package Lipton dry onion soup
- 1 1/2 cups chicken or seafood stock
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 10 ounces egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon butter
- parsley for garnish
How To Make chicken and shrimp stroganoff

Step 1In a large pan add the olive oil. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes and remove to a plate.

Step 2Add the onions and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.

Step 3While the cooking is being done. Start a pan of boiling salted water to cook the noodles. Add the noodles to cook.

Step 4Back to the chicken pan. Add the chicken back with the soups and stock. Cook about 5 minutes.

Step 5Add the shrimp. Cook about 3 minutes until the shrimp are pink. Taste and season with salt and pepper

Step 6Stir in the cream cheese until melted and creamy.

Step 7Drain the noodles and mix with the butter. Serve the chicken and shrimp over the noodles and garnish with parsley
