Ingredients For chicken and shrimp stroganoff

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2
    boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 pkg
    Lipton dry onion soup
  • 1 1/2 c
    chicken or seafood stock
  • 1/2 lb
    shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz
    egg noodles
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • parsley for garnish

How To Make chicken and shrimp stroganoff

    In a large pan add the olive oil. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes and remove to a plate.

    Add the onions and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.

    While the cooking is being done. Start a pan of boiling salted water to cook the noodles. Add the noodles to cook.

    Back to the chicken pan. Add the chicken back with the soups and stock. Cook about 5 minutes.

    Add the shrimp. Cook about 3 minutes until the shrimp are pink. Taste and season with salt and pepper

    Stir in the cream cheese until melted and creamy.

    Drain the noodles and mix with the butter. Serve the chicken and shrimp over the noodles and garnish with parsley
