Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 8 flour tortillas, grilled or heated in a skillet
- SLAW
- 1 head bok choy, finely shredded
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- SALSA
- 1 cup pineapple, small diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, small diced
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- salt, to taste
- LIME CREMA
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- fresh juice from 1 lime
- salt, to taste
- 2 ripe avocadoes, peeled and sliced thinly
How To Make cajun shrimp street tacos

Step 1Mix sour cream, heavy cream, sea salt and lime juice together in a small bowl. Allow it to sit unrefrigerated for 2-3 hours. Cover and refrigerate until needed

Step 2Mix together pineapple, red onion, cilantro and lime juice. Season to taste with sea salt.

Step 3Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning. Grill shrimp for approximately 3 minutes per side or until completely cooked.

Step 4Each person can make up their own tacos. Suggested order: Flour tortilla, slaw, grilled shrimp, avocado, salsa, crema
