Ingredients
- 2 sticks good quality butter
- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined at room temp
- kosher salt
- fresh parsley
How To Make butter poached shrimp

Step 1Slowly melt the butter over medium heat. Do not let it boil just keep it at a simmer. Add the shrimp and make sure the shrimp is completely covered by the butter.

Step 2Cook until the shrimp just turns pink. Remove to a plate and add salt and top with parsley.
