Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon each brown sugar and butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 salmon filet about 2 pounds
  • salt and pepper

How To Make brown sugar & mustard glazed salmon

  • Step 1
    Remove skin from salmon and cut into portions. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the brown sugar, butter and honey together in a small saucepan until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Step 3
    Add the olive oil, mustard and soy sauce and mix well. Line a baking pan with foil and brush the bottom with a small amount of the brown sugar mixture.
  • Step 4
    Lay the salmon into the pan and brushe the remaining mixture on the top. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes and serve
