Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon each brown sugar and butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 salmon filet about 2 pounds
- salt and pepper
How To Make brown sugar & mustard glazed salmon

Step 1Remove skin from salmon and cut into portions. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the brown sugar, butter and honey together in a small saucepan until the sugar has dissolved.

Step 3Add the olive oil, mustard and soy sauce and mix well. Line a baking pan with foil and brush the bottom with a small amount of the brown sugar mixture.

Step 4Lay the salmon into the pan and brushe the remaining mixture on the top. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes and serve
