This is something my Grandmother used to make. They live in Costal North Carolina and when I was growing up it was served one of two ways period. Boiled or fried. Of course I'll eat shrimp any way you serve it. I serve these warm with boiled potatoes, corn on the cob and/or some fried okra! Yummy one of my kid's favorites! I didn't have any fresh parsley on the night I made these so it's not pictured with fresh parsley on top.
