Ingredients
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 red onion chopped
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 small mango peeled and small dice
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons each favorite bbq sauce, soy sauce, and fresh orange juice
- 6 ounces salmon filet
How To Make bbq salmon with mango-lemon slaw

Step 1mix the lemon juice, mustard, 2 tbsp olive oil, honey together. Stir in the red onion, cabbage, mango, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 2Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Mix the BBQ sauce, soy sauce and orange juice together.

Step 3Add the remaining olive oil to a skillet. Add the salmon and brush with the BBQ sauce turning until desired doneness. Plate and top with slaw.
