Tuna steak is so delicious. Searing it on cast iron grill pan gives it the nice grill marks. I love it rare but warm. It just melts in your mouth

Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup each fresh parsley & cilantro finely chopped
- salt and pepper
How To Make basil & cilantro crusted tuna steak

Step 1Mix all the ingredients except tuna steaks Rub the mixture all over all the steaks on both sides. Let sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes.Cook on cast iron grill pan or on your outside grill or just fry.

Step 2Sear the steaks for about 2 minutes each side including the edges for rare middle but still warm.
