- 1/4 cup melted butter
- - lemon wedges
How To Make baked lobster tails

Step 1Thaw lobster tails overnight in the refrigerator for approximately 10 hours .

Step 2Using a pair of good kitchen sheers, cut the shell down the center of the back, leaving tail intact.

Step 3Use your fingers to lift the uncooked tail through the slit to rest on the top of the shell; Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to bake.

Step 4Place prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet, brush each lobster tail with melted butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes. Garnish with a lemon slice.
