- 4 sea bass fillets cut into 4 pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- fresh chives for garnish
How To Make baked cajun garlic butter sea bass

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Remove any skin from fillets. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 2Mix the melted butter, garlic and Cajun seasoning together and pour over the fish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Until fish is opaque and flakes easily
