  • 4 sea bass fillets cut into 4 pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • fresh chives for garnish

How To Make baked cajun garlic butter sea bass

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Remove any skin from fillets. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Mix the melted butter, garlic and Cajun seasoning together and pour over the fish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Until fish is opaque and flakes easily
  • Step 3
    Serve garnished with fresh chives
