asian crab cakes
I used my Maryland crab cake recipe and switched it up a bit with some Asian flavors. It was moist and delicious. Great served with cilantro rice

Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- - thai basil for garnish
- 1 bottle yum yum sauce
How To Make asian crab cakes

Step 1Mix the first 7 ingredients together and shape into 4 to 6 patties. If the patties are too wet use more Panko.

Step 2Place the oil in a large skillet. Place on med high heat add the patties and cook for 10 minutes flipping a couple of times to get them browned but not burnt.

Step 3To serve place some Yum Yum sauce on plate. Top with a crab cake and garnish with Thai Basil
