Apricot Garlic Dijon Glazed Salmon
4 largeskinless salmon fillets
1/2 capricot jam
1 Tbspeach minced garlic, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, and lime juice
2 tspginger grated
·scallion green parts only for garnish
How to Make Apricot Garlic Dijon Glazed Salmon
- Mix the Apricot Jam, Garlic, Mustards, Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, and Ginger. Place Salmon in a shallow dish and pour the Apricot mixture over top. Let marinate in the glaze at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake in oven about 10 minutes or until Salmon flakes easily. Garnish with the scallions.
