Ingredients
- 4 large skinless salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1 tablespoon each minced garlic, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, and lime juice
- 2 teaspoons ginger grated
- - scallion green parts only for garnish
How To Make apricot garlic dijon glazed salmon

Step 1Mix the Apricot Jam, Garlic, Mustards, Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, and Ginger. Place Salmon in a shallow dish and pour the Apricot mixture over top. Let marinate in the glaze at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Step 2Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake in oven about 10 minutes or until Salmon flakes easily. Garnish with the scallions.
