Ingredients
- 4 4 oz scotish salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon each dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, lime juice & soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons each grated ginger & garlic
How To Make apricot dijon glazed scotish salmon

Step 1Mix all ingredients together except the Salmon. Place the salmon in the marinade and let marinade one hour.

Step 2Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and brush the marinade over the salmon
