  • 4 4 oz scotish salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon each dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, lime juice & soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons each grated ginger & garlic

How To Make apricot dijon glazed scotish salmon

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together except the Salmon. Place the salmon in the marinade and let marinade one hour.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and brush the marinade over the salmon
  • Step 3
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
