    4 oz scotish salmon fillets
  • 1/3 c
    apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbsp
    each dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, lime juice & soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    each grated ginger & garlic

How To Make apricot dijon glazed scotish salmon

    Mix all ingredients together except the Salmon. Place the salmon in the marinade and let marinade one hour.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and brush the marinade over the salmon

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
