Ingredients
- SUSHI RICE
- 2 cups sweet sticky sushi rice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- TUNA MARINADE
- 2 medium tuna steaks
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 nori sheet cut into little pieces
- 1 tablespoon black and white sesame seeds
- FOR THE DISH
- 2 avocado's diced
- 1/2 cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup wonton crisps
- cilantro for garnsh
How To Make ahi tuna sushi stack

Step 1The night before place the sushi rice in a bowl with 2 cups water. Let sit overnight. Drain rice and place in rice steamer. Steam according to package directions. Mix in the vinegar, sugar and salt. Set in fridge to cool.

Step 2Cut the Tuna into small pieces. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, nori and sesame seeds together. Stir in the tuna and let marinate while the rice is cooling

Step 3In a 1 cup measuring cup add a bit of tuna, then layer the avocado and cucumber. Top with rice and push with the back of a spoon to flatten. Place a serving dish and flip the measuring cup over and lift it off the stack.

Step 4Top with wonton crisps and cilantro.
