  • 1 pound ahi tuna cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 cup each soy sauce and green onions
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 chili pepper seeded and chopped
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • black and white sesame seeds for garnish

How To Make ahi tuna poke

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except sesame seeds and set covered in fridge for 2 hours. add the sesame seeds and serve
