Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 - inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili cristp
  • 1 pound ahi tuna, cut into cubes
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced finely
  • 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

How To Make ahi poke

  • Step 1
    Place the Ahi tuna in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the tuna.
  • Step 3
    Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
