Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - inch piece of ginger, grated
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili cristp
- 1 pound ahi tuna, cut into cubes
- 1 bunch scallions, sliced finely
- 3 tablespoons coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
How To Make ahi poke

Step 1Place the Ahi tuna in a bowl.

Step 2Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the tuna.
