A different spin on Chinese fried rice! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 5 - baby carrot cut in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/2 - onion cut pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 - dry chili chopped
  • 1 - stem green onion chopped
  • 2 - bowl of cold cooked riced
  • 1/2 - cup broccoli cut large pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic sliced
  • 3 ounces salmon cut 3/4 inch
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken knorr

How To Make 4 salmon fried rice

  • Step 1
    Cut salmon into cubes. Season with salt,dried chili, pepper, garlic powder and a little flour . Let it marinate and set aside
  • Step 2
    Prepare ingredients: Dice the carrots, broccoli and green onion
  • Step 3
    Boil the broccoli and carrot
  • Step 4
    In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon oil Saute garlic and cook the salmon. Once fully cooked set aside.
  • Step 5
    Heat up the bowl of cold rice and cook till warm.
  • Step 6
    Put butter in the pan and add the onions.
  • Step 7
    Add broccoli, salmon, pepper, green onion, chicken flavor and soy sauce. Enjoy!
