1 mediumhead of cabbage (cored and chopped)
1 largeonion, diced
1/2 lbbacon, chopped
2 or 3loaves frozen bread dough (thawed and risen)
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Yummy Bierock
- Brown hamburger, bacon, and onion together.
- add cabbage (and if necessary 3 Tbsp. Water).
- Cover tightly and Steam till cabbage is wilted and soft. Stir frequently, and add more water if necessary.
- pinch off enough dough to make 6 bierock per loaf. Flatten dough, and fill with cabbage filling. Pinch and seal dough, placing seam side down into baking pan.
- bake at 350 degrees till bread is golden brown.
- brush tops of bierock with melted butter.
