    (6 ounce) clams

    (3 ounce) gruyere cheese, shredded or grated
  • ·
    3 ounce swiss cheese , shredded or grated
  • 1 c
    light cream
  • 3
  • 1 tsp
    ground red pepper (optional)
  • dash(es)
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    deep dish pie shell

How to Make Seafood Pie


  1. Drain shrimp and clams.
    Beat eggs; add drained shrimp and clams and rest of ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
    Pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
