  • 1 can (6 ounce) shrimp
  • 1 can (6 ounce) clams
  • - (3 ounce) gruyere cheese, shredded or grated
  • 3 ounce swiss cheese , shredded or grated
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
  • dash salt and pepper
  • deep dish pie shell

How To Make seafood pie

  • Step 1
    Drain shrimp and clams. Beat eggs; add drained shrimp and clams and rest of ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Mix well. Pour into pie shell.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
