Ingredients
- 6 - individual puff pastry shells
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, quartered
- 1 pound cooked veal, bite-sized
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon worchestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
How To Make pasteli - meat pie

Step 1Bake individual pie shells.

Step 2Melt butter and saute onion and garlic.

Step 3Add wine, mushrooms, and meat. Cover, cook 5 minutes.

Step 4Remove cover and increase heat to reduce liquid by half.

Step 5Add half and half, sour cream, and spices.

Step 6Place filling in individual pie shells and serve.
