How to Make Pasteli - meat pie
- Bake individual pie shells.
- Melt butter and saute onion and garlic.
- Add wine, mushrooms, and meat. Cover, cook 5 minutes.
- Remove cover and increase heat to reduce liquid by half.
- Add half and half, sour cream, and spices.
- Place filling in individual pie shells and serve.
