    ground beef browned and seasoned granulated garlic & onion garlic olil
  • 2
    large carrots cut in 1/2 pieces
  • 2
    large fresh yellow squash cut in to 1/2 pieces
  • 1 lb
    fresh brussel sprouts

How to Make Fresh Veggie Stew


  1. Simmer for 1 Hour above Ingredients until tender but firm. add 1 caned of stewed tomatoes 1 can of water worchester sauce to taste 2 cups of home made chili sauce you can substitute sweet chili sauce from the store simmer approx 1 Hour.
