i create this first pot pie recipe,it filled chicken tenders,popcorn chicken and chicken nuggets,it's great for the whole family.

    (9-inch) refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1/2 c
    melted margarine
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 8
    cooked breaded chicken strips,sliced
  • 1 c
    cubed process american cheese
  • 1 jar
    roasted garlic alfredo sauce
  • 3/4 c
    cold milk
  • 3 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1
    packet dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 c
    green peas
  • 3/4 c
    diced carrots
  • 1/2 c
    pickled jalapeno slices

    cooked(all-white meat)popcorn chicken
  • 15
    cooked(all-white meat)chicken nuggets
  • 1 3/4 c
    shredded colby jack cheese

How To Make chicken medley pot pie

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Line one pie crust a 10-inch pie plate,brush with melted margarine,sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    Add sliced chicken tenders and cubed american cheese on the pie crust.

    in a medium saucepan,combine alfredo sauce,milk,italian seasoning and dry onion soup mix.Bring to a boil.

    mix with green peas,carrots and jalapenos.Cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes.Remove from heat and let cool for 1 hour.

    In a large bowl,combine popcorn chicken,chicken nuggets,1 cup shredded colby jack cheese and vegetable mixture.Mix well and pour into prepared crust.

    Top with second pie crust.Seal the edges and cut slits in top crust,brush with melted margarine and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top crust is golden brown.
