cheesy burger pie
This is sort of like a pot pie version with cheeseburger ingredients, because it has a top and bottom pie crust. Trust me, this is one you will keep available to eat often.

- 15 ounces pilsbury refrigerated pie crust
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 ounces velveeta, cubed
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar
How To Make cheesy burger pie

Step 1oven to 400 degrees. Put one crust in 9" pie plate. Brown beef and onion, drain. Stir in mustard, salt, garlic, and pepper. Spoon half beef in crust, half cheese, remaining beef, then cheese. Cover with top crust, seal edges. Cut slits in several places. Bake 30-40 min or until golden brown.
