How To Make cheeseburger pie
-
1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
-
2Brown the ground beef and bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. When the beef and bacon are about halfway browned, add the chopped onion. Continue cooking until the beef and bacon are browned, and the onion is soft.
-
3Reduce the heat to low and add the garlic, cooking for a minute while stirring. Drain any excess grease. Remove from the heat and stir in the seasoned black pepper and ketchup. Let it cool for a few minutes.
-
4Stir in the cheese and spoon the ground beef mixture into a deep dish pie pan.
-
5In a medium bowl, whisk together the Bisquick baking mix, milk, and eggs. Pour the Bisquick batter over the hamburger cheese mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean. Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
