- 1 - pie shell (store bought is fine)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- - salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make broccoli cheese quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2If using fresh Broccoli florets, blanch ( submerge in boiling water a couple minutes) then shock in ice water to retain bright green color.

Step 3beat the eggs with the milk, gently mix in cheese (I used a shredded combo with cheddar) and broccoli.

Step 4then all the seasonings, combine and pour in pie crust, place on a cookie sheet...bake at 350 for about 40-45 mins or until mixture is set.
