turkey pesto wrap
So many variations can be done to this wrap. Choose your own ingredients. You can buy the pesto. You can buy balsamic glaze or make it by reducing 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and 3 tbsp honey.

Ingredients
- FOR THE BASIL PESTO
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- FOR THE WRAP
- 1 large flour tomato tortilla wrap
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 2 slices roasted deli turkey
- 1 slice aged white cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup pea shoots
- drizzle balsamic glaze
How To Make turkey pesto wrap

Step 1First make the Pesto. Add all ingredients in food processor except olive oil. Drizzle the olive oil in while processing ingredients into a smooth sauce.

Step 2To make the wrap lay out the tortilla flat. Spread 2 tbsp of the pesto over the wrap. Top with Turkey, cheese, onions, and pea shoots. Drizzle balsamic glaze over top and roll up. Enjoy
