Ingredients

  • 8 3/4 ounces peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons raisins, snipped
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softenend
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 4 - croissants, split
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
  • - lettuce leaves

How To Make turkey curry croissants

  • Step 1
    Drain and chop peaches, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.
  • Step 2
    In a medium mixing bowl, combine peaches, turkey, celery and raisins.
  • Step 3
    In a small mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, curry powder and reserved peach liquid until smooth.
  • Step 4
    Pour over turkey mixture, tossing to coat.
  • Step 5
    Spoon mixture into a 2-cup freezer container and freeze if desired.
  • Step 6
    To serve, thaw turkey mixture overnight in refrigerator.
  • Step 7
    Spread mixture on 4 croissant bottoms and sprinkle with peanuts, then add lettuce.
  • Step 8
    Put on croissant tops and serve.
