tuna melt-sheet pan dinner
I love my sheet pans this is an easy method and easier that a skillet if in need of higher quanity. These sandwiches are great made with Texas Toast or any of your favorites easy clean up as well, enjoy. Sorry, I don't know exact baking time, I never timed it. I just watch when the bread is toasted and they aren't burnt. Can make this with chicken other meats spices can vary lemon pepper, salad supreme etc..

- 1 - loaf of bread
- can tuna, packed in water
- - mayonnaise
- - cheese

Step 1open tuna, drain water mix mayonnaise,and season with favorite spice in tuna for filling sandwich set aside, spread mayonnaise on 1 side of bread place mayo side down on pan add filling, cheese place other slice of bread spread mayonnaise on top of bread fill sheet pan with multiple sandwiches add 2nd sheet pan on top bake 350 until your bread is toasted golden brown

Step 2serve- as many as you want * Caution they burn easy

Step 3serve with pickles, olives, potato chips, cold salad(pasta,potato) or alone they are very delicious
