Ingredients
- 1 cup canned tuna in oil good quality
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 scallion, minced
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- - butter for the bread
- 8 slices bread of choice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make tuna and miso grilled cheese

Step 1Mix the tuna, garlic, ginger, scallions, mirin, and miso together.

Step 2Spread butter on one side of 4 slices of bread.

Step 3On the other slice, add the tuna mixture and top with cheese.

Step 4When all 4 are done, add about 4 Tbsp a butter to a large skillet. Once the butter is nice and melted, add the slices with the tuna mixture in the butter.

Step 5Top each sandwich with the last 4 slices of bread, butter side up.

Step 6Once one side is nicely browned, carefully turn the sandwiches and brown on the other side and cook until the cheese is melty.
