2 slicemultigrain bread (we tested w/light wheat and oat bread)
3 Tbspalmond butter (sunflower, flax, cashew or other seed/nut butter can be subbed)
2 slicebacon, crisply cooked and drained (or your favorite vegetarian bacon)
1 Tbsphoney (we also tested the second sandwich switching berry jam for honey)
1 smallbanana, peeled and sliced

- ARRANGE bread in even layer on clean work surface.
- STIR together almond butter or similar seed or nut butter, bacon, honey, and cinnamon in small bowl. Spread on bread, dividing evenly. Divide banana between 2 slices of the bread in even layer. Place other slice of bread on top.
- HEAT large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add sandwiches and grill until golden and heated through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
