Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 large sweet onions, sliced thinly lengthwise
- 8 slices turkey, white and dark
- 4 soft hoagie rolls
- 4 butter lettuce leaves
- chermoula mayonnaise
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced thinly
How To Make sweet onion, turkey and chermoula mayo sandwiches

Step 1Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat

Step 2Add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Turn down heat to medium low.

Step 3Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden brown, about 45 minutes total. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 5Layer turkey on bottoms of rolls. Mound onions over the turkey. Drizzle generously with Chermoula Mayonnaise
