2 slicedark rye bread, toasted (danish rye specified but russian rye or similar will work, or marbled rye)

1 ozbutter, soft enough to spread

2eggs (your choice-hardboiled, soft boiled, fried)

1 smripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced

4small radishes, thinly sliced

salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

1After toasting the bread, spread butter evenly on each slice.
