butter, soft enough to spread
eggs (your choice-hardboiled, soft boiled, fried)
1 small
ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
small radishes, thinly sliced
salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

How to Make Smorrebrod w/Egg, Avocado & Radishes


  • 1After toasting the bread, spread butter evenly on each slice.
  • 2Top each slice of bread with an egg, avocado slices, and radishes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
