Ingredients

  • 2 slices dark rye bread, toasted (danish rye specified but russian rye or similar will work, or marbled rye)
  • 1 ounce butter, soft enough to spread
  • 2 - eggs (your choice-hardboiled, soft boiled, fried)
  • 1 small ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 4 - small radishes, thinly sliced
  • - salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

How To Make smorrebrod w/egg, avocado & radishes

  • Step 1
    After toasting the bread, spread butter evenly on each slice.
  • Step 2
    Top each slice of bread with an egg, avocado slices, and radishes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
