- 2 slices dark rye bread, toasted (danish rye specified but russian rye or similar will work, or marbled rye)
- 1 ounce butter, soft enough to spread
- 2 - eggs (your choice-hardboiled, soft boiled, fried)
- 1 small ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 4 - small radishes, thinly sliced
- - salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

Step 1After toasting the bread, spread butter evenly on each slice.
