Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- salt
- 1 teaspoon jared crushed calabrian chili pepper. more or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter sliced into pats
How To Make slow cooker hot honey pulled chicken sandwiches

Step 1Spray the bottom and sides of slow cooker with cooking spray. Season the chicken thighs with salt and lay in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Step 2In a small bowl mix the peppers, paprika, garlic and brown sugar together. Sprinkle over the chicken

Step 3Pour the honey and vinegar over the chicken and place the pats of butter on top.

Step 4cook on low for 4 hours. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Place back in the slow cooker and mix into the sauce.

Step 5Serve on toasted buns with pickle slices
