Ingredients For sloppy joe under a bun

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 md
    shallot chopped
  • 1/3 c
    ketchup
  • 2 tsp
    mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    bisquick
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • salt and pepper

How To Make sloppy joe under a bun

    In a skillet add the ground beef and shallot and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink. Drain any grease. Add the ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

    Preheat oven 400 degrease. Spray a 13x9 pan and add the beef to the bottom. Top with the cheese.

    Mix the bisquick, eggs and milk together. Spread over the cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden. Cut into squares and serve.
