Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 medium shallot chopped
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- salt and pepper
How To Make sloppy joe under a bun

Step 1In a skillet add the ground beef and shallot and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink. Drain any grease. Add the ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

Step 2Preheat oven 400 degrease. Spray a 13x9 pan and add the beef to the bottom. Top with the cheese.

Step 3Mix the bisquick, eggs and milk together. Spread over the cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden. Cut into squares and serve.
