My husband loves those frozen sizzle steaks with the mystery meat inside them. I'm not a fan, but he loves these egg sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 2 sizzler steaks
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- salt
- black pepper
- paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 8-inch hoagie bun
How To Make sizzler steak n eggs sammie

Step 1Place a skillet on the stove. Add a smear of olive oil. Add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the sizzler in the skillet and cook, breaking it up until it's no longer pink. Remove to a plate.

Step 2Add the butter to the pan and place the hoagie bun inside down, and toast the inside of the bread. Remove the bread to a plate.

Step 3Add the eggs to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the meat and onions back in and mix all together until the eggs are done.

Step 4Place the cheese on top of the egg mixture and place a lid on the pan for a few seconds until the cheese melts.

Step 5Spread the mayo on the top bun. Place the egg mixture on the bottom bun.

Step 6Then put the sandwich together and press down a bit.
