My hubby loves a reuben. Apparently, so did my mom! This one is made like a grilled cheese, so quick and easy! I also remember her making it with marbled rye bread.

2 Tbspmayo

1/2 lbsliced swiss cheese

1/2 lbsliced chicken or turkey

1/4 lbsliced corned beef

12 slicerye bread
How To Make reuben sandwiches, mom

1Butter bread on both sides. Place sauerkraut, mayo, beef, turkey and cheese on 6 slices bread, cover with remaining bread. Grill until golden brown, turning once.
