My hubby loves a reuben. Apparently, so did my mom! This one is made like a grilled cheese, so quick and easy! I also remember her making it with marbled rye bread.

Ingredients
- 1 pound canned sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1/2 pound sliced swiss cheese
- 1/2 pound sliced chicken or turkey
- 1/4 pound sliced corned beef
- 12 slices rye bread
How To Make reuben sandwiches, mom

Step 1Butter bread on both sides. Place sauerkraut, mayo, beef, turkey and cheese on 6 slices bread, cover with remaining bread. Grill until golden brown, turning once.
