Ingredients
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices Fontina cheese
- 8 slices your favorite bread, I used a rustic seed bread
- 4 tablespoons roasted garlic mustard
- butter for the bread
How To Make prosciutto and fontina grilled cheese sandwiches

Step 1Lay the bread on the counter. Top 4 slices of bread with prosciutto and cheese. Spread the mustard on the other 4 slices of bread.

Step 2Put the sandwiches together and butter one side of the sandwich. Place a large skillet or frying pan on the stove. Set the sandwiches butter side down, then butter the tops of the sandwiches.

Step 3Fry about 3 minutes, then turn them over and fry another 2 minutes until the cheese is all melty.
