olive oil
small red onion finely chopped
3 clove
garlic chopped
4 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
dried mint
1 1/2 lb
pork loin, trimmed of silver skin and excess fat
salt and pepper
tzatziki sauce

How to Make Pork Pitas


  • 1Mix all ingredients except pork. Trim pork as described, and cut into 1-inch cubes. Marinate 2 hours to overnight.
  • 2Take pork from marinade and place on skewers and grill, or remove excess marinade and cook till done in pan on stove.
  • 3Serve with pitas and tzatziki sauce.
