Ingredients

1/2 colive oil

1small red onion finely chopped

3 clovegarlic chopped

4 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 Tbspred wine vinegar

1 Tbspdried oregano

1 tspdried mint
-
1 1/2 lbpork loin, trimmed of silver skin and excess fat

·salt and pepper

·tzatziki sauce

·pitas
How to Make Pork Pitas
- Mix all ingredients except pork. Trim pork as described, and cut into 1-inch cubes. Marinate 2 hours to overnight.
- Take pork from marinade and place on skewers and grill, or remove excess marinade and cook till done in pan on stove.
- Serve with pitas and tzatziki sauce.
