Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 - small red onion finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 1/2 pounds pork loin, trimmed of silver skin and excess fat
- - salt and pepper
- - tzatziki sauce
- - pitas
How To Make pork pitas

Step 1Mix all ingredients except pork. Trim pork as described, and cut into 1-inch cubes. Marinate 2 hours to overnight.

Step 2Take pork from marinade and place on skewers and grill, or remove excess marinade and cook till done in pan on stove.

Step 3Serve with pitas and tzatziki sauce.
