Ingredients
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 package hawaiian sweet rolls or hoagie rolls cut in half
- 16 ounces carton refrigerated cooked bbq pulled pork
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
How To Make pork mac & cheese sliders

Step 1Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile is a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour until smooth Whisk in the milk and cook until thickened. Stir in the cheese and cook until melted. Drain the macaroni and stir into the macaroni. Set aside.

Step 2Preheat oven 375 degrees. Great a baking pan. Place the bottom of the bun on the pan.Top with BBQ and then the mac & cheese

Step 3Place the top of the bun on the sandwich. Combine the melted butter, honey and mustard together and brush on the top of the buns. Bake until the topss are golden brown. About 10 minutes. Serve
