The ingredients are to taste. Add more cheese. Substitute a different cheese. Use more turkey. Leave out the pepperoni. It's up to you.

Also, you can make it with wheat (or white, or rye....) bread rather than pita.

    turkey slice
  • 5 slice
    pepperoni
  • 1 slice
    ham
  • 1 slice
    provolone cheese
  • SAUCE

  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1 pinch
    cayenne pepper

How to Make Pita with turkey, ham, cheese, pepperoni

Step-by-Step

  1. combine the ingredients of the sauce, adding or lessening the amounts to taste
  2. cover the interior of the pita with the sauce
  3. layer the ingredients in the pita
  4. press in a panini press or George Forman
  5. serve with pickels
