Ingredients
- 8 slices multi-grain bread slices
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1 pear, peeled and sliced
- 6 ounces Brie, rind removed and sliced
- butter
How To Make pear and brie grilled cheese

Step 1Spread the fig jam on 4 slices of bread top with pear slices and cheese. Add the other slice of bread and butter the tops of the bread.

Step 2Place a large skillet on medium heat. Place the sandwiches butter side down in the hot skillet.

Step 3Butter the tops of the sandwiches. Let cook about 3 minutes until nicely browned.

Step 4Turn and brown on the other side. Enjoy
