pastrami sandwich
This really isn't a recipe it's just the method to my madness for a pastrami sandwich, which my husband and I love! Simple and delicious! I know most people would have three pastrami on rye,but we like it on sourdough.A lot of folks put coleslaw in the sandwich,Uhm,NO! we don't do that in CA! Coleslaw belongs on the side! We LOVE dill pickles so I put them in the sandwich AND a pickle spears on the side. My favorite pastrami is Boar's Head,I like to have it sliced at the deli counter.
