Ingredients
- 2 slices thick bread
- peanut butter of choice
- jelly of choice
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- powdered sugar to sprinkle
- maple syrup or honey
How To Make p. b. & j french toast

Step 1Lay the bread on the counter. Spread peanut butter on one slice and jelly on the other. Put them together.

Step 2Whip the eggs in a shallow bowl. Dredge the sandwich in the eggs on both sides.

Step 3Melt the butter in a skillet. Once hot add the sandwich and cook until browned about 3 minutes. Turn and cook until browned on the other side.

Step 4Place on a plate and cut in half. Sift the powered sugar over top and drizzle with syrup
