    ciabatta rolls, halved
  • 6 Tbsp
    apple butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    dijon mustard (or your favorite)
  • 1 lb
    deli pastrami
  • 3/4 c
    shredded white cheddar cheese
  • ·
    chives, for garnish

How to Make Open-faced Apple Butter Pastrami Sandwich


  1. Preheat oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; set aside.
  2. To assemble the sandwich, generously spread Apple Butter and mustard on each roll. Top with pastrami and cheese.
  3. Place into oven and broil until the cheese has melted, about 2 minutes.

    Serve immediately, sprinkled with chives.
