Ingredients
- 3 - ciabatta rolls, halved
- 6 tablespoons apple butter
- 4 tablespoons dijon mustard (or your favorite)
- 1 pound deli pastrami
- 3/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- - chives, for garnish
How To Make open-faced apple butter pastrami sandwich

Step 1Preheat oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; set aside.

Step 2To assemble the sandwich, generously spread Apple Butter and mustard on each roll. Top with pastrami and cheese.

Step 3Place into oven and broil until the cheese has melted, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chives.
