Another twist on a pastrami deli sandwich! Adapted from Damn Delicious blog.

Ingredients

  • 3 - ciabatta rolls, halved
  • 6 tablespoons apple butter
  • 4 tablespoons dijon mustard (or your favorite)
  • 1 pound deli pastrami
  • 3/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • - chives, for garnish

How To Make open-faced apple butter pastrami sandwich

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; set aside.
  • Step 2
    To assemble the sandwich, generously spread Apple Butter and mustard on each roll. Top with pastrami and cheese.
  • Step 3
    Place into oven and broil until the cheese has melted, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chives.
