Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 loaves Brown And Serve French bread, cut in half
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ketchup, mustard, and pickles, for serving
How To Make open face long boy cheeseburgers

Step 1Add the beef to a large bowl. Mix the cornflakes and heavy cream together. Mix the beef with the salt, pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, ketchup, onions, and cornflake mixture.

Step 2Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Lay the French bread on a large cookie sheet. Spread the meat mixture over the 4 slices of French bread all the way to the edges. Bake about 25 minutes.

Step 3Add the cheese and bake 5 more minutes until the cheese melts. Serve with ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
