This recipe is from Michael Symon (Iron Chef) and was made on "The Chew". It was so good. (Not for dieters) He said it was his midnight snack. It could be for anytime of the day or night.

I had not tried Nutella until I saw this and now I'm hooked.

slices bread for each sandwich
1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
2 slice
bacon cooked crisp

How to Make Nutella, Banana, Bacon sandwich


  • 1Spread butter on one side of bread, spread Nutella on other side..
  • 2Place buttered side down in skillet (Nutella side up)
  • 3On one side, place 2 slices of crisp bacon and 1/2 banana
    sliced lengthwise.
  • 4Top with other piece of bread that has been toasting, mash with spatula or other heavy object, flip over and toast a little more.
  • 5Remove and cut in half. Share with someone or eat both yourself.
