Quick and easy to make, these are the perfect meal to enjoy this summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon miracle whip
  • 1 tablespoon chives, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
  • ground himalayan sea salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 to 8 new england hot dog buns
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened or as needed
  • 6 lemon wedges, for garnish

How To Make new england lobster rolls

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayo, Miracle Whip, chives, celery, tarragon, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of buns and place them in a skillet over medium heat. When nicely browned, flip to grill the other side.
  • Step 3
    Generously spoon lobster meat into each bun and serve immediately with potato chips.
