Miz Kathi's Chicken Salad Seasoning can be gotten at her restaurant at 101 N. Main Street, Wildwood, FL 34785. Her recipe calls for a full bag of the seasonings, but I found that to be too much seasoning for my taste. I scooped out 1/2 cup of the seasonings for a later use. Served with mini-croissants makes for a wonderful ladies luncheon!

Ingredients For my favorite chicken salad

  • 4 c
    cooked chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    cherry flavored craisins
  • 1/2 c
    chopped, toasted pecans
  • 1/2 c
    diced celery
  • 1/2 pkg
    miz kathi's chicken salad seasoning

How To Make my favorite chicken salad

    Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together. Add Miz Kathi's seasoning and mix well.

    Add the chicken, craisins, celery and pecans and mix well. Chill for one hour before serving.
